Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the following activities as a key member of the delivery team:

  • Provide project management oversight and reporting for projects that span Salesforce and Blue Prism platforms.
  • Work with engineers, business analysts, consultants, product owners – and most importantly, the client – for solution delivery.
  • Ensure project delivery meets/exceeds customer expectations for every engagement.
  • Build thriving relationships with customers that lead to exceptional reviews and follow-on work.

Required Skills

  • Ability to manage complexity. Your project management skills to lead teams during all phases of implementation including requirements, analysis, design, build/configuration, and deployment. Monitor and review project progress, scope, timelines, and budget for assigned projects.
  • Passionate about solving problems. Lead and collaborate with team members to translate our client partners’ goals, objectives, and strategies into solutions, with an eye for simplicity and an ear to truly hear their needs.
  • Be a trusted partner. Build relationships and partnerships with business sponsors and other key stakeholders to meet organizational objectives, manage expectations, and communicate on progress. Skillfully manage competing priorities and varying audiences.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical team members or customers.
  • Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities, and planning.
  • Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken, in conveying/understanding complex concepts both to/from the technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing complex technical projects at enterprise scale.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about being a team player, motivating people, ensuring accountability (self- and team) and achieving exceptional results.

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce certification (admin or consultant series)
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager driving delivery of complex technical solutions, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem. (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ ideally)
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology


All roles are currently remote and US-based; some travel will be required based on customer or company need. We are not creating Road Warriors, and it is a new world where remote is often favored by our clients.
