Position Overview

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the following activities as a key member of the delivery team:

  • Work with solution architects, project managers, and ACS clients to understand the professional services solution to be delivered during engagements.
  • Support business process reviews and diagnostic analysis engagements with clients.
  • Deliver high-quality Salesforce consulting, customization, and implementation services to clients.
  • Plan, design, and enhance automation frameworks, utilities and tools.
  • Work with engineers, business analysts, project managers, and product owners for solution delivery.
  • Ensure product quality meets customer expectations.
  • Maintain, prioritize and report on user request backlog.
  • Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes including definition of workflow and approval processes and custom object implementation.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and training curriculum for all users.
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes.
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices.
  • Make recommendations to management regarding implementation and change management.
  • Provide information around best practices in the CRM business process.
  • Map out client business processes current state and help to generate future state.
  • Perform quality assurance testing as needed.
  • Support data migration activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communications skills, both written and spoken, in conveying/understanding complex concepts both to/from technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience implementing complex technical projects at an enterprise scale.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence the design approach to new applications and features.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be a team player, motivate people, ensure accountability and achieve results.
  • General experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ specifically).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodology 3+ years experience with Salesforce.com configuration (Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, and CPQ preferred)
  • Understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration is a benefit
  • Work experience with a professional consulting organization
  • Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, and/or Developer)

Location

All roles are currently remote and US-based; some travel will be required based on customer or company need. We are not creating Road Warriors, and it is a new world where remote is often favored by our clients.
